Stalls with handicrafts and local food

Bakstekånan, together with several other local producers will be seen at Kaperdagene at Torvet. Stalls will be set up between Tollboden and Torvet.

"Bakstekånan" Susanne Adserballe and Laila Skjerve say they have been baking for many, many years, and both learned it from their grandmothers.

They are passionate about keeping this tradition alive. They want to bake flat bread that has 6 types of flour and is completely sugar-free. For those who want something sweet, you can try Hardangerlefser, both ready-made and packs of unmade.
