Bakstekånan, together with several other local producers will be seen at Kaperdagene at Torvet. Stalls will be set up between Tollboden and Torvet.
"Bakstekånan" Susanne Adserballe and Laila Skjerve say they have been baking for many, many years, and both have learned it from their grandmothers. They are passionate about upholding this tradition. They want to bake flatbread that has 6 types of flour and is completely sugar-free. For those who want something sweet can be tempting with Hardangerlefser, both pre-lubricated and packages with unlubricated.
