FARSUND Summer exhibition with Ole Ertzeid at Galleri Farsund

Ole Ertzeid is a local artist who has had his works exhibited in Denmark, several places in Spain and in the Trygve Lie Gallery in Manhattan, New York. Visual artist Ole Ertzeid has been working actively as a visual artist for almost 30 years. A successful exhibition at the Trygve Lie Gallery in New York. The gallery wrote on its website after the opening day: "The best opening sales ever"
He has also participated with several works at the Sørlandsutstillingen and has participated in the Høstutstillingen. He is represented in the Royal Collections and is a member of the Norwegian Association of Visual Artists.
The artist says about his images: "My works in painting and graphics are created at the intersection of light and dark. Light is the most essential thing. It is what creates life in the images."
It is autumn and spring that fascinate the most. Then nature is so naked and the light characterizes the landscape in a special way. Naked, weather-beaten, stripped of superfluous details and effects; just the landscape, the sea and the light.
An ever-changing landscape and a view that never gets boring for an artist to work with.
