Course Kaperdagen with The Flying Cakery!

Master pastry chef Kate Kjølleberg Kippersund, who runs a pastry shop in Bergen and has a family farm in Lista, is bringing The Flying Cakery to Farsund during Kaperuka.
All courses are simplified beginner/quick introduction courses of 1 hour, everyone takes home what they make themselves.
Adult course NOK 250,- payable upon registration, no later than before start. Children's course NOK 150,-
THURSDAY (DROP-IN course)
Drop in Fondant modeling workshop for children with Savannah.
For Children up to 14 years old,
Thursday 12:00-13:00 and 14:00 – 15:00
Price NOK 150,-
Max 1 hour Workshop with Savannah from The Flying Cakery for children up to 14 years old, summer decorations in sugar paste, they get to take home what they make.

Thursday at 12:30 -13.30: Modeling course: we make teddy bears etc.
Thursday at 2:30 PM – 3:30 p.m.: Introductory course in simple flower technique

Kate is known for her determination and perfectionism. She started The Flying Cake in 2011 after a career as a flight attendant at SAS and further education at the renowned Wilton School of Confectionery Art. Her achievements include winning "Norwegian Cake Art" in 2011 and several international awards, including "Cake of the Year in Norway" in 2015.
