The Flying Cakery to Kaperuka
Master pastry chef Kate Kjølleberg Kippersund, who runs a pastry shop in Bergen and has a family farm in Lista, is bringing The Flying Cakery to Farsund during Kaperuka.
Kate specializes in impressive cakes, designer cakes, cupcakes and wedding cakes. She will be present at Torvgaten 1 B on Thursday 11 and Friday 12 July.
Kate is known for her determination and perfectionism. She started The Flying Cake in 2011 after a career as a flight attendant at SAS and further education at the renowned Wilton School of Confectionery Art. Her achievements include winning "Norwegian Cake Art" in 2011 and several international awards, including "Cake of the Year in Norway" in 2015.
During the visit to Farsund, drop-in courses, workshops, cake demonstrations and sales of Kate's new book "Himmelske Kaker" will be arranged.
