at 14.30 – 15.00

Ivar Skippervold highlights a man who, perhaps more than anyone else, has had an influence on Norwegian church life after the Reformation. A man who broke with official authority, and laid the foundations for Norwegian democracy and parliamentarism. A politically aware guy, who was also concerned with equality between men and women. Hauge gave women leadership responsibilities early on.

A man who has changed Norway's history.

Ivar Skippervold has published the book "The Saltman who changed Norway"

In recent years, he has worked with multi-religious cultural festivals. He received the Bridge Builder Award in 2016 and published the book "Faith meets Faith" at Z-Forlag in 2017.
